We are active members of INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION for PHYSICIANS in AESTHETIC MEDICINE (IAPAM).

The IAPAM was founded to unite licensed physicians who practice aesthetic medicine and their supporters. IAPAM membership is open to licensed medical doctors (MDs). Physicians are required to abide by the principles of good medical practice, and be currently licensed with their appropriate medical certifying body.

Meet The Staff:

Dr. Robert Lovinger, M.D.

Medical Director - Southeast Florida

Dr. Lovinger, our new medical director is board certified in endocrinology (glandular diseases and diabetes) and has had a career-long interest in obesity and its treatment in order to promote optimal health in the patients he has served. During the years he has practiced medicine, he has had the honor of being a research collaborator of winners of the nobel prize in medicine, has served as a consultant to NASA and was chief medical officer aboard an aircraft carrier. Since moving to this area, he has worked for the Florida Department of Health, and has set up a number of weight control clinics to help our underserved population.

Jo Lynn Hansen

hCG Clinical Director - Southeast Florida

Jo Lynn resides in Port St. Lucie, Fl with her husband, Robert. Jo Lynn's background includes twenty years of Health Care experience. She also describes herself as a "Professional Dieter". After completing the HCG Weight Loss Program herself, she is now "retired" from the never ending cycle of Yo-Yo Dieting. In addition to JoLynn's many years in the medical field, she volunteers as a Chaplain to women in jail. She and Robert have five children and eleven grandchildren.

Robert T. Hansen

Executive Director - Southeast Florida

Bob resides in Port St. Lucie. Mr. Hansen grew up in Philadelphia and graduated with a BS Degree in Accounting and Law from LaSalle University. Over the years he has been an entrepreneur owning, developing and operating numerous successful businesses. Bob's business and management expertise is evident by his shaping of this very special medical weight loss protocol.

Marcy Jones
Front Office Manager
Palm Beach Gardens – Southeast Florida

Marcy is our front office manager at our Palm Beach Gardens location. Born and raised in Fort Myers, Florida, Marcy moved to Palm Beach County in 1995. She is the proud mother of two beautiful girls and has been happily married since 1993. Marcy came from a strong construction, accounting and customer service background. After taking over a year to lose 25 pounds on her own, the hCG diet has given her that finishing touch she needed to get her metabolism in check and allow to her reach that final weight goal she has been trying to achieve. She looks forward to helping others attain their goals also!

Jami Garber

Boca Raton - Southeast Florida

We are so proud to have Jami as an HCG Specialist in our Boca Raton Clinic. Jami offers compassion and empathy to our patients who struggle with losing that last and hardest 10 or 15 pounds. Jami completed the HCG Diet and attained the lean body that she was never able to achieve with traditional diet and exercise.

Jami is a Licensed Aesthetician and is passionate about helping her patients develop a better body image. She has also worked as a Head Chef in Florida golf course communities and food preparation is one of her many talents and hobbies. Jami is very helpful in working with her patients to become creative with their food choices and preparations while on the diet and during the maintenance phase.

Jami knows how exciting it is to look forward to that "special day" by looking and feeling one's very best. She is planning a spring wedding and was able to fit into her dream dress because of HCG.

Monica Tobon

Monica, is the newest addition to our Boca Raton Clinic. She was raised in south Florida and now resides in Boca with her three sons.

Monica has had a diverse background including esthetics, surgical assistant, sales and customer service. All of Monica's professional experiences have had a common denominator, helping others.

After seeing the dramatic effects of our patients, Monica decided to experience the amazing diet for herself in preparation for her class reunion!!

Monica, like all of the Staff at New Beginnings has experienced the frustration of having those extra pounds that can rob us of feeling our best and being our most confident. You will enjoy getting to know Monica and will benefit from her helpfulness as she coaches you to your true "New Beginning" in life and feels blessed to be a part of something so monumental.

Maribel Najm

Maribel, is a wife and proud mother of four
She was born and raised in Miami, Fl. and now resides in Port Saint Lucie.
Maribel has 16 years of combined experience in office management & surgical assisting.
She began managing our Port Saint Lucie office and demonstrated
dedication and ability to multi-task and communicate with our patient’s and team members. Shortly after she was promoted to General Manager.
Her responsibilities are wide and varied and she works diligently with every office to accomplish the overall goal of patient care, satisfaction, and team work.
Maribel is fluent in English and Spanish and a great asset to the company.

Greg Turner

Greg, is the IT Specialist for all 6 locations at New Beginnings Medical Weight Loss Clinic. Few realize how many things go on behind the scene to keep our offices operating at their peak. In addition to addressing all of our phone, computer, and internet issues, Greg is constantly researching new products and techniques for maximum patient care. He works closely with each office, is the liaison contact with our Pharmacies and oversees ordering and inventory.

We are blessed to have Greg as a key member of our New Beginnings team.

Annette Robbins

Annette, is a Certified Healthy Lifestyle Coach who specializes in all areas of Personal and Professional Development, and a proud mother of 2 lovely, talented and creative girls who motivate and inspire her daily! Annette has lived on the Treasure Coast for 25 years with 15 of those years devoted to helping local businesses grow and develop, enhance productivity and thrive even in challenging times. She now passionately enjoys guiding people towards the realization and achievement of their life long goals to loose weight and lead a healthy lifestyle! She was thrilled to find a home with New Beginnings and partner with their proven, powerful medical weight loss program. Annette herself is a walking billboard for the long term, positive effects of the hCG diet. By following and incorporating the diet principles and the maintenance program into her new life practices she has successfully dropped 2 sizes and toned and firmed up troubled, targeted areas that previously just wouldn't budge no matter what diet or work out plan she tried!

Jaime, a native Floridian, previously owned a skin care business because of a deep-seated desire to help people feel better about themselves as well as a desire to see them improve their self confidence. After successfully completing the HCG program herself, she began to assist members of her family who had struggled with weight loss for years accomplish their weight loss needs and goals. It was at this time that she decided she would like to combine her interest in helping others as well as her knowledge of the HCG program and joined our team as an HCG consultant.

Suzanne Brown

Suzanne and husband, Frank, who are lifelong residents of Florida and now "empty-nesters," reside in northern St. Lucie County with their three dogs. Suzanne brings more than 25 years experience in the medical support field having filled many roles from medical transcription to office management.

Her passion to help people who struggle with weight problems began while researching the little-known diagnosis of Stein-Leventhal Syndrome and she found that too many people suffer disappointment and frustration from the inability to control their weight without understanding why or what they can do about it. Having witnessed the hCG diet not only work, but bring life-changing success to people with the most extreme circumstances, it is her desire to impart this knowledge to anyone who struggles with the issue of obesity.

I am a proud wife, mother of two and one grand-daughter. I was raised in Springfield, Massachusetts and have now been living in West Palm Beach, Florida for the past 14 years. The experiences that I have had in the past have allowed me to help patients to detoxify, clean and to turn lives around in one way or another. I have over 3 years of experience in the rehabilitation/detox industry and over 10 years in management. I myself have lost over 22 lbs on the hCG program and still counting. The feeling that I get when I help someone to fullfill their goals is immeasureable. It is an amazing experience that I would highly recommend to everyone. Once again I have the privilege of helping more patients to accomplish their goals "one pound at a time". In addition, I am fluent in both Spanish and English. There is nothing greater than giving!

Elizabeth Jenkins was raised in Palm Beach County. She worked for Slim Fast Foods Co. for over 10 years in West Palm Beach before moving to the Treasure Coast. After a few years in the construction industry; “Liz” jumped right back into the health and wellness business looking to assist others in achieving their personal weight loss goals. Her compassion for others and dazzling personality are an immeasurable asset to our Stuart Clinic. Liz resides in Stuart and spends her time with her two loves, her boyfriend Bob and her Boxer, Red.
