The FDA is not in the medical or research business. Therefore, as long as a medication or drug is determined to be safe for use, it is up to the discretion of the Physician or Nurse Practitioner to prescribe or not prescribe a drug for vari- ous situations that they are “trained to understand and know the application for”. A Physician has the right, by law, to treat a patient under their care in a manner that they feel is appropriate for the circumstances and for the condition to which they are treating the patient.
hCG is a human byproduct that exists in a pregnant woman’s body and has been known and safely used by the world wide medical community to treat vari- ous health issues and for testing to determine if a women is pregnant.
