ISN'T THERE AN hCG PILL?

Isn't there a PILL or DROPS instead of INJECTIONS?

Over the past few years hCG has become very popular. The reason is obvious—hCG works when it is part of a structured Program. People in every country have read, followed and have been successful with Dr. Simeons diet for over 50 years. More recently however, the internet has increased everyone's knowledge and awareness of hCG through blogs, chat rooms, texting, twittering, etc. People have been able to verify the successes, see the thousands of before and after pictures and have heard the heartfelt stories of changed lives.

As with anything popular, someone or some company always tries to improve or find an element that people would like to see different. In the case of hCG it is the “Injections”. Some people would not, under any circumstances, take an injection or give one to themselves.

To be honest, initially some of our patients voice a concern about taking an injection. However, once instructed, almost 100% change their mind. They realize that the needles are so small and the injectable amount is so miniscule that when they actually try it, their misgivings disappear. As an additional benefit to our patients we “pre-fill” each patient’s hCG syringes for them. They just keep them refrigerated until they are ready to be used.

It would certainly be simpler and easier if there was a proven hCG Pill or Oral Drop method of taking the hCG. At New Beginnings we have spent conservable time, energy, research and dollars investigating hCG Pills and Oral Drop

products on the market. This included the natural and the homeopathic hCG products. Initially we found no evidence that any Oral hCG Drops showed the kind of success we were used to in using the injection method. Here are some of our findings:

Oral hCG Drops

Upon reviewing the various suppliers that offer Oral hCG Drops we found that there is no set method for taking the hCG Oral Drops.

Also, the mixing of the hCG was inconsistent from one supplier to another.  Some use “bacteriostatic” water while another says “Sterile” water.  There is a difference between the two.

The amount of water added to the “freeze-dried” hCG is inconsistent between suppliers.  The fact is that the more water there is more the more the hCG is diluted.  How the Oral Drops are taken differs from one company to another. Some suppliers state “...in the mouth” others state “...under the tongue”.  The time the Oral Drops are to stay in the mouth also differs: it ranges from 2-5 minutes depending on the supplier.  WHAT IS CORRECT?

Homeopathic hCG Pills

In our investigation of the homeopathic hCG Pill we found no creditable scientific proof or even research that this type of Pill offers any weight loss benefit. The primary reason seems to be that Homeopathic hCG is primarily made up of herbs and vitamins with no Human hCG at all. This is also the reason that this product does not require a doctor’s prescription — No medical oversight is required.

Genuine hCG Pills From New Beginnings

All of our research seemed to be in vain. We were about to give up on finding a suitable Pill alternative to hCG Injections. Then last year we began working with a national “compounding” pharmacy. They had been testing an hCG Pill and wanted us to test it. Over many months we had patients test the Pill. There was some minor tweaking, but overall they were well received and were effective.

We were very excited and began the testing with more and more patients. We went very slowly because we were not about to jeopardize our reputation by using a product that did not produce approximately the same results that we had been successfully achieving with the Injectable hCG.

We diligently followed each patient through their Diet Cycle. We had many many questions: Did you like the taste?— it has a mint flavor. How long did you let it dissolve under your tongue? — it takes about 2-3 minutes. How was your hunger? We measured, weighed, took pictures and took notes.

The results were exciting. Patients liked the pill. It was easy—tasted good, no refrigeration and easy to carry and store. That was good news but we wanted to know about the weight loss. We were not disappointed. The pounds disappeared at the same rate as the Injections.

We found only one weight loss variation. It was how the Pill was dissolved in the mouth — either under the tongue [sublingually] or on the tongue. The difference was significant. Under the tongue the hCG was absorbed into the blood stream, on the tongue most of the hCG went into the stomach where it was not effective. To resolve the problem we stressed to the patients that the pill must be dissolved under the tongue to work properly.

Once we changed our teaching methods results changed too. The weight loss was resumed and in most cases it was equal to the losses we had grown to expect when using hCG Injections. Our record gathering and testing is complete. We NOW offer our patients the choice.

We received a few surprises during our testing of the Pill. When we began, we thought that we could get the best testing results by asking patients that had taken Injections during their previous Cycles to try the Pill. This would give us statistics to compare. However, to our astonishment, most patients requested to continue with the Injections. They told us that they were satisfied with the Injection results and did not want to take a chance in getting a lesser result with the Pill. Un-expectantly, eight out of ten patients felt the same way. Even new patients overwhelmingly wanted the Injections instead of the Pill. Their reasoning was it seemed more “medical” and their friends or family had been successful with the Injections.

That distinction has continued. Only 3 out of 10 patients request the Pill. In any case, we are happy to provide an alternative to Injections for those who don’t like needles.
